We are currently looking for passionate people for the position of Reception Clerk , to join our team and ensure that packages are delivered from our reception to residents' apartments.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze client needs
Follow up with clients
Note and following up on all residents' requests
Occasionlly Replace the receptionist
Provide a high level of customer service
Receive, open, organize and distribute the mail
Respond to residents' needs quickly and efficiently
Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality
All other related tasks
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
Good team player
Good sense of interpersonal communication
