Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast needs
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards, including food presentation and quality control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and utensils
- Replenish food stations and beverages regularly to ensure availability throughout service hours
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast buffet or serving stations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy morning hours
Skills
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in breakfast or buffet settings
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work mornings and weekends as needed
