Overview:
Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Receiver to join our warehouse department. This role is responsible for receiving and organizing incoming materials, accurately picking components for production and customer orders, and packing completed products for shipment. The position follows a structured daily and weekly schedule and requires a high level of accuracy, consistency, organization, and the ability to work independently.
Primary duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to:
– Reviews production orders, purchase orders, and schedules to determine material requirements;
– Receives and verifies incoming components, materials, parts, and supplies;
– Checks part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and specifications for accuracy;
– Inspects incoming materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies;
– Records received materials and maintains accurate inventory records;
– Labels, sorts, stores, and organizes materials in designated warehouse locations;
– Picks and prepares components and materials required for production and customer orders;
– Packs orders with care to ensure items are secure for transit;
– Assists with inventory counts, stock checks, labeling, sorting, and organizing materials;
– Reports inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or incorrect parts;
– Supports quality control by checking materials against required specifications;
– Maintains a clean and organized warehouse and packing station;
– Follows all safety and quality procedures;
– Performs other duties as assigned by management.
The Ideal Candidate Must:
– Have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
– Be dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality;
– Have the ability to work autonomously and stay focused throughout the day;
– Have previous experience in a warehouse environment (an asset, but not required);
– Be comfortable working on your feet and handling small components;
– Be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs;
– Be willing to learn new things.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
