Night and Day Window Decor, a premier custom window covering company, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Commissioned In-Home Window Treatment Consultant. This is a unique PART-TIME opportunity to build your business within our established company.
Responsibilities:
- To be available 2 to 3 days a week
- Consultations: Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess their window treatment needs and offer expert advice on styles, fabrics, and functionality, through provided leads and bookigns.
- Sales: Generate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding sales goals.
- Measurements: Accurately measure windows and prepare detailed orders for production.
- Installation: Oversee professional installation of window treatments, ensuring a seamless process.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
Qualifications:
- Prior knowledge of Hunter Douglas Window Coverings is a must
- Possess a strong technical aptitude and comfort level with various software applications to efficiently manage a client portfolio and maximize sales. You'll be utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions, leveraging spreadsheet programs for sales tracking and analysis, and navigating diverse online platforms for quoting and ordering. A willingness to learn new technologies quickly is essential

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive commission-based salary structure, providing the opportunity to earn substantial income based on your performance. Earnings range from $40,000 to $50,000 with a 2 to 3 day commitment a week.
