Ventex Inc. was founded in 1984 and has become Canada's premier louver and damper manufacturer by operating on our simple philosophy of providing exceptional customer service while supplying top-quality products at a reasonable price. We offer a complete line of extruded aluminum and formed steel louvers as well as custom architectural louvers. Many are licensed to bear the AMCA seal for both water penetration and air performance.
Our Alumavent control dampers feature a premium aluminum insulated damper utilizing a true thermally broken blade. We also offer an extruded aluminum, airfoil blade control damper. Our triple-v blade steel control dampers are specially engineered so that the single-piece frame locks together without bolts, screws, and rivets that can vibrate loose. Our fire dampers are available for both dynamic and static applications with 1-1/2 or 3 Hour ratings, as we continue to expand our range through extensive testing at Underwriters' Laboratories.
Every product is manufactured to exact specifications, executing strict quality control procedures from start to finish.

The Position:
We’re looking for detail-oriented, hands-on manufacturing candidates who enjoy building real products and being part of a skilled production team. As a Production Assembler, you’ll work with aluminum and steel to assemble high-quality louvers and dampers used in the HVAC industry (no automotive work here!). Each workstation plays an important role in the overall manufacturing process, so your contribution truly matters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assembling products by following work orders and specifications with precision
- Using hand tools such as drills, measuring tapes, and other shop equipment
- Working safely and efficiently to meet or exceed production targets
- Performing physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing (up to 50 lbs)
