- Directly assist the General Manger with daily admin tasks.
- Be available to work early mornings 3 -5 days a week (6:30am-11:30am) and Saturdays 8-11am or Sundays 8;20-11;20am
- Responsible for creating great first impressions and building rapport with all visitors and members while engaged in creating a warm, professional, fun atmosphere, resulting in the consistent delivery of excellent service to our members
- Efficiently perform administrative tasks and procedures, while following company protocols.
- Support and participate in club-driven initiatives, company programs, and community projects.
- Ensure the efficient and accurate operations of the "Health Zone".
- Create cleaning and laundry supply orders
- Set and maintain consistently high standard of facility cleanliness and organization
- Clean all fitness equipment, showers, washrooms and general changeroom areas according to “Club Cleaning Checklist” & “Hourly Changeroom Inspection”
- Work with other team members to ensure excellence in facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, safety, communication and member experience
