Window Rescue — Door-to-Door Sales Representative (GTA)About the role
Window Rescue is expanding across the Greater Toronto Area and we’re hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help homeowners book professional window cleaning services.
This is a performance-based sales role where your earnings are driven by the number of jobs you book. If you’re confident speaking with homeowners, enjoy working outdoors, and want a role with strong upside, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll do
- Canvass residential neighbourhoods in assigned GTA territories
- Speak with homeowners, qualify interest, and explain our window cleaning service
- Book jobs on the spot using our scheduling process
- Hit daily/weekly activity and booking targets
- Represent the Window Rescue brand professionally and respectfully
Compensation
- Commission per booked job (details shared during the interview)
- Performance bonuses available
- Earnings vary by performance; top performers can earn significantly more

What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable approaching homeowners and working outdoors
- Resilient and consistent (able to handle “no” and keep going)
- Self-starter who can follow a process and track activity
- Sales experience is helpful but not required (we train)
Nice to have
- Previous door-to-door, retail, fundraising, or customer-facing experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if required for your territory)
