Position Summary
The Attic Insulation Blower is responsible for installing blown fiberglass wool insulation in residential attics. The role involves operating blowing equipment, working in tight spaces, and ensuring proper coverage and depth according to job specifications and building codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare attics for installation, including air sealing, vent protection, and site setup
- Operate and maintain blowing machines and hoses
- Install fiberglass insulation to required depth and coverage
- Measure and confirm material quantities
- Work safely in confined, dusty, or high-temperature environments
- Follow all PPE and safety requirements
- Communicate with crew members and site supervisors
- Ensure job sites are clean upon completion
Qualifications
- Experience with blown insulation or general construction is an asset
- Comfortable working in attics and confined spaces
- Physically capable of lifting materials and handling equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Valid driver’s license a must

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
