4Sight Search Solutions is currently recruiting a Coffee Technician for a successful and growing specialty coffee retailer / distributor.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime is a possibility.
Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. The higher end of the salary range is possible with specific industry experience.
Benefits: Available after 3 months.
Vacation: 2 weeks during the first year. 3 weeks after first year.

Diagnostics and repair of home or commercial espresso machines, coffee brewers, and grinders.

Adjust and replace ports and components of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.

Perform scheduled maintenance service.

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to customer satisfaction.

Completion of work order documents within company standards.

Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.

Strong mechanical skills (i.e. handyman or mechanic) is required.

An interest and/or knowledge of coffee products is a strong asset.

Experience repairing espresso machines, coffee brewers and grinders is an asset.

Ability to work independently with strong problem solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (not repetitive or constant).

Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.

Demonstrable work ethic and reliability.

Attention to detail and good time management skills.
