What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you are the backbone of our kitchen. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every dish going out the window is hot, fresh, and high-quality.
- Own Your Station: Prepare and cook menu items to exact specifications, ensuring consistent presentation and ticket times.
- Prep Like a Pro: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for the shift; prep ingredients ahead of peak rushes.
- Keep it Spotless: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and waste-management standards.
- Team Up: Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff and fellow cooks to keep the line moving smoothly during heavy rushes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience as a Line Cook, Cook, or Prep Cook in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Speed & Accuracy: Ability to multi-task under pressure without sacrificing quality or food safety.
- Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work, and bring a positive attitude to the line.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handlers certification
