Our Canadian Talent Acquisition team is evolving to meet the needs of our growing business. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Canada, we are seeking a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant who has knowledge and experience in managing the full cycle recruitment process to ensure the company has the talent needed to execute its' business strategy.

What you’ll do
Be a true partner to our Business Leaders and attract and hire quality talent
Collaborate with our HR Partners and provide strategic consulting on talent priorities
Partner closely with our Business Leaders and own all aspects of the recruiting and selection process
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through the engagement of critical and diverse talent pools
Champion TC Energy’s I&D goals and present a diverse slate of candidates for every role
Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source quality candidates
Contribute to a high-performing team and provide mentorship/coaching to other team members
Post-secondary degree in Business/Commerce or related discipline
Minimum 6 years of related and progressive recruitment experience in a corporate environment
Demonstrated success implementing innovative ways to attract and hire diverse candidates
Highly skilled in relationship building with the ability to establish credibility and trust
Flexible and resilient to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing business conditions
Understanding of the Canadian Labour supply market, employment laws and legal requirements
Experience with behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday is an asset
Expertise and knowledge of talent trends, market changes and talent competitors
Passion for excellence aligned with our core values of safety, responsibility, collaboration and integrity
