Neegan Development is currently seeking positive, outgoing, and team-oriented individuals to join our team as Heavy Equipment Operators.

Safely operate heavy equipment as required

Perform work in accordance with all company safety policies, procedures, and standards

Complete daily equipment inspections and report any deficiencies

Work effectively as part of a team in a mining environment

Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence

CSO or BSO certification (only one is required)

Minimum 2–3 years of heavy equipment operating experience in a mining environment

Ability to work a rotating shift schedule

Strong commitment to safety

Excavator Operators

Dozer Operators
-
Haul Truck Operators

Grader Operators
-
7 days on / 7 days off / 7 nights on / 7 days off (7x7 rotating shift)

Camp accommodations and Living Out Allowance (LOA) are not provided.

Applicants must reside in the Fort McMurray/Wood Buffalo Region.
