Insulation Technician

We are expanding and seeking an experienced Insulation Technician with proven experience in blown-in insulation and insulation removal.

About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Removing existing attic insulation
- Installing blown-in insulation systems
- Performing air sealing and attic preparation
- Maintaining clean, organized job sites
- Working safely in attics and confined spaces
This position plays a key role in delivering high-standard home performance upgrades.
Qualifications
- Experience with blow-in insulation systems
- Experience with insulation removal
- Comfortable working in attic environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically capable of demanding work
Experience with ventilation systems, HVAC, or building science is considered an asset.
