Chartwell Retirement Residences accepts applications for the full-time position of Unregulated Care Provider (UCP).
Under the supervision of the Health Wellness Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing and assisting with all activities of daily living (hygiene, social activities/functions, meals, dressing/undressing, maintaining a clean and safe environment, laundry, housekeeping, etc) as well as for administering medication and adhering to all medication administration policies and procedures.
The successful candidate must hold a Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent, UCP Certificate or training, a current First Aid Certificate and 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Candidates must be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
