Large-scale enterprise transformation programs do not succeed on technology alone. They succeed when there are skilled business analysts who can bridge the gap between what the business needs and what the technology delivers — translating complex operational requirements into clear, actionable specifications. Ontario's energy sector is running several such programs right now, and the demand for strong BAs is consistent and ongoing.
Raise is building a pipeline of Business Analysts and Functional Analysts for contract opportunities with a leading enterprise organization in Ontario's energy sector. This is not a live posting for a single role. Apply once, and we will reach out when a role matches your background and area of expertise.
About the Opportunity
The programs driving demand span SAP S/4HANA implementation, ServiceNow platform deployment across IT, HR, and Security functions, a large-scale data and AI modernization initiative, and ongoing digital delivery across multiple business units. The BA roles within these programs vary — some are deeply technical, working directly with development teams on system requirements and user stories; others are more process-focused, supporting business process re-engineering, stakeholder workshops, and change readiness. What they share is the need for sharp analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a complex environment.
