We're looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Front of House Team Member to help create a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist guests with a positive attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining excellent customer service
- Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Answer guest questions about the menu and make recommendations
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, restaurant or hospitality experience required
- Friendly, outgoing and professional personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Smart Serve Certification
