Established in 2007, QuartzCo is a leader in the Ontario stone installation and fabrication industry. With a continued focus on service and customer relationships, QuartzCo is growing rapidly and looking for team members who will help to support and grow our brand in the Ontario market.
We measure, fabricate and install stone countertops, fireplaces, showers, wall cladding and other applications for residential and commercial customers.
We are looking for an experienced commercial project manager to join our team. Brief summary of the role: To streamline communication between the company and commercial clients acting as the main point of contact. Responsibilities include maintaining and organizing the schedule of material orders, measures, fabrication dates and installation mobilizations. Working with accounting you will be responsible for all invoice submissions related to job.
Responsibilities and Duties will include but not limited to:
Communication & Client Management
- Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, handling calls, emails, and urgent inquiries.
- Maintain active communication with clients, measure teams, installers, and internal departments.
- Support Residential, Builder, and Commercial Sales teams with required project information.
Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate template, fabrication, and installation schedules.
- Manage evolving construction timelines and adjust internal workflows accordingly.
- Track project milestones and ensure all departments receive accurate, timely updates.
Quoting, Orders & Documentation
- Prepare accurate quotes with correct pricing and specifications.
- Input and verify orders, ensuring all details are complete.
- Maintain organized project files, approvals, and documentation.
- Assist with invoice preparation and submission.
Operational Support
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including features, pricing, and industry trends.
- Identify and resolve job‑related issues quickly and professionally.
- Promote customer satisfaction through proactive follow‑up and clear communication.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with fabrication, logistics, accounting, and sales teams.
- Support workflow organization and communication across departments.
- Provide direction to junior team members when required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Millwork experience and asset.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in project coordination, account management, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Vehicle required for occasional site visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
