We have career opportunities for several environmental professionals and technicians (permit applications, biological inventories and environmental monitoring) to join our multidisciplinary team in the downtown area to meet project needs in the Environmental Studies and Authorizations sector, mainly in the field of infrastructures.
You will be responsible for participating (depending on your level of experience) in various activities in environmental fields such as impact studies, environmental permit applications, biological inventories, and environmental monitoring of construction work.
You will work as part of a team with other professionals and technicians, particularly those involved in project design and monitoring. Responsibilities could include one or more of the following:
Coordinate and/or participate in the completion of impact studies, environmental assessments, permit applications, CA applications and other environmental mandates.
Carry out field inventories (mainly vegetation and aquatic fauna).
Participate in the environmental monitoring of construction work.
Take charge of and/or participate in applications for environmental permits and certificates of authorization.
Work in close collaboration with other disciplines.
Work closely with other team members.
Bachelor's degree in biology, geography (or related discipline) and/or DEC in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
ASP card (for positions in environmental monitoring).
Excellent command of written French; Fluency in English (asset).
Efficiency, autonomy, ability to work in a team.
Good analytical skills.
Sense of initiative.
