Position: Program Evaluator / Subject Matter Expert (PE/SME)

Compensation: $100 per hour, minimum of $300 for project completion
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Program Evaluator or Subject Matter Expert (PE/SME) to assess and enhance our Air Cargo Diploma program. This role involves reviewing program content to ensure it meets industry standards, aligns with PTIB (Private Training Institutions Branch) guidelines, and effectively prepares students for careers in the air cargo and logistics sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a detailed evaluation of the program curriculum, materials, and structure, ensuring compliance with PTIB requirements and industry relevance.
- Provide expert recommendations to improve course content, teaching methods, and practical applications to equip students with essential skills in air cargo management.
- Collaborate with academic staff to integrate feedback and enhance program outcomes.
- Complete and submit all required PTIB evaluation documentation.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in air cargo, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, or instructional design, preferably in the logistics or transportation sectors.
- Familiarity with PTIB guidelines and experience ensuring compliance with educational standards is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and commitment to developing high-quality educational content.
Additional Information:
The evaluation process is estimated to take around 2 hours to review the program and make recommendations, with a guaranteed minimum payment of $300. Completion of the project may open further opportunities for instructional or curriculum development roles in the Air Cargo program, pending PTIB approval.
