Our company is seeking an experienced construction professional to join our family-operated company. This position is a stable, year-round career in construction (not just a seasonal job) This role includes:
· Construction of both wooden and steel buildings.
· Framing
· Concrete work
Job requirements
· Bilingualism an asset
· 3-5 years of experience in Construction
· Steel toe boots or shoes
· must have their own transportation, a valid driver's license, public transportation not available.
· Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Manual dexterity, Handling heavy loads, must be able to lift 50 pounds
· Comfortable working at heights
· Ability to read a blueprint
Additional Skills
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Working at Heights and Power Elevated Platform certification
Note that our company is located in L'Orignal Ontario, and works on projects in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec.
