North Star Chevrolet Buick GMC Creston is a multi-line vehicle dealership committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Concierge Assistant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide front-desk reception support for customers and staff
- Maintain and balance daily cash float
- Order and restock office and facility supplies
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Oversee coffee bar cleanliness and daily maintenance
- Support general administrative tasks as required
- Shuttle customer between dealership and home
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
