Responsible to represent the hotel to our guests and to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout their entire stay. Responsible for the successful operation of all front office duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction;
· Participate with co-workers in training & coaching sessions, to create a productive, efficient team;
· Implement and maintain all company policies and procedures;
· Completion of administrative work as assigned;
· Handling Guest complaint;
· Front desk duties as scheduled;
· Duties associated with Guest Service Representative position including but not limited to the above listings.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have great interpersonal skills, clearly spoken and friendly;
· Must have a great personality to represent and be the face of the hotel;
· Must greet guest with a smile;
· Must be patient and must have empathy;
· Must have previous experience in Guest Service;
· Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and owners in a professional manner;
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills;
· Proficient / familiarity with computerised systems;
· Ability to work within deadlines;
· Must be available weekends & statutory holidays
· Must be available 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am
