What We’re Looking For:
Strong men, 25 plus of age ✔ Valid driver’s license (required) ✔ Clean criminal record ✔ Physically fit – able to lift 60+ lbs consistently ✔ Moving experience REQUIRED (this is not entry-level) ✔ Knowledge of proper moving techniques (wrapping, stacking, loading) ✔ Ability to work efficiently while handling items with care ✔ Strong work ethic… no standing around, no babysitting required ✔ Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team ✔ Good communication skills with both team members and customers ✔ Shows up on time and ready to work What Sets You Apart: ✔ Experience with dollies, straps, and furniture protection ✔ Ability to problem-solve on the fly (tight spaces, stairs, etc.) ✔ Leadership qualities… ability to guide newer team members ✔ Takes pride in doing the job right the first time
