Our in-house team delivers everything from content strategy and social media management to professional photography, videography, and influencer campaigns. We are now seeking a talented Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team.

As a Social Media Account Manager at LoudHouse, you will be the day-to-day driving force behind multiple premium client accounts. You are a proactive communicator, a creative thinker, and a highly organized executor who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC (Flexible Remote)
Compensation: CA$55,000 – CA$66,000 per year
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own the end-to-end day-to-day management of a designated portfolio of premium lifestyle client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Develop, maintain, and optimize a social media content calendar for each client, ensuring content is planned and scheduled a minimum of two weeks in advance using Later.com
- Execute content strategies that align with each client's brand identity, campaign goals, and KPIs, bringing creativity and data-driven thinking to every post
- Actively manage communities across all client accounts: respond professionally to DMs, engage with comments, and foster meaningful audience conversations daily
- Collaborate with the creative and video teams to brief, plan, and oversee production of photo and video content that meets the premium standard our clients expect
- Use graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to produce on-brand graphics, static posts, story templates, and visual assets tailored to each client's aesthetic
- Edit and produce short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and Stories — including basic colour grading, captions, music selection, and pacing (video editing experience is a strong asset)
- Identify, warm, and track potential leads on behalf of clients; gauge interest in their services and ensure timely follow-up and handoffs
- Build and deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports for each client, analyzing key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and content best practices, especially within the luxury lifestyle, real estate, hospitality, and fashion verticals
- Participate in client onboarding meetings, strategy sessions, and regular check-ins as needed
- Coordinate closely with the CMO and internal team using Google Suite and project management tools to ensure all deliverables are met on time
- Occasional travel may be required for shoots or client engagements, including potential international travel
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment
- Demonstrated track record of growing and managing social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, community management, and performance analytics
- Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Later.com, Sprout Social, or similar)
- Solid graphic design skills: confident working in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator to produce polished, on-brand visuals
- Video editing experience is a strong asset, familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is highly valued
- Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail, tone, and brand voice
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- A genuine appreciation for luxury aesthetics and lifestyle brands
- A collaborative team player who also thrives with autonomy and takes initiative
- Comfortable with Google Suite and adaptable to new tools and platforms
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an asset
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE...
- Experience managing accounts in luxury real estate, hospitality, fashion, automotive, or other high-end lifestyle verticals
- Hands-on video shooting and editing experience, you can pick up a camera and produce compelling content from start to finish
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator partnerships
- Experience producing or supporting content at live shoots or events
- Knowledge of paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and how it complements organic strategy
Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
