*Job Summary*
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring the highest level of pharmaceutical services are provided to patients. Your role involves managing staff, inventory, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Responsibilities*
- Patient care and safety
- Supervise pharmacy staff and provide guidance and training
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and adherence to prescription guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order pharmaceutical supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care outcomes
- Implement and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures
- Develop the business and increase profitability
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in a busy pharmacy is preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration and medical terminology
- Familiarity with Methadone practice is a plus
- Strong focus on patient care and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 46 per week
