The Saw-cutter/driver operates a variety of cutting and coring equipment, drives fuel/water truck. This position requires flexibility and versatility They must operate and maintain the equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires the operator to cut and core both concrete and asphalt in a variety of different situations requiring thoughtful planning and execution producing both a safe and efficient outcome.
Qualification Requirements
- Knowledge of and experience with operating a wide range of concrete cutting and coring equipment, including slab saws, hydraulic / electric hand saws, wall saws, and core drills

- Experienced Concrete Cutters: 2+ years of core drilling / cutting and / or removal experience
- Ability to drive a F-550 flat deck truck complete with trailer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform cutting and coring with core drill, handsaws, slab saws, and wall saws.
- Vacuum slurry and remove concrete when required with hand removal, handcarts, machine removal and/or using other methods.
- Dispose slurry and concrete at designated jobsite locations or concrete crusher.
- Maintain equipment and/or vehicles clean, report equipment needs and repairs to Operations Manager.
- Communicate with customer contact on site as to what the operator is need for, any issues, needs to complete the job, and job completion.
- Offer solutions and alternatives when needed to complete the job.
- Identifies potential risks and hazards while working in the field and communicates them management.
- Utilizes proper PPE at all times, in adherence to Company policy and other project standards.
- Actively learns and obtains job-related information via observation and direction from supervision.
- Collaborates with supervision to prioritize, organize, accomplish work tasks, and meet both daily and weekly schedules.
- Understands safety procedures and keeps the team following the appropriate rules.
- Supports business operations by completing other duties as assigned when saw cutting is not required.

- Assist with moving heavy loads, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups, addressing client needs professionally
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding daily tasks and operational updates
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
