General Labourer

Grosso Precast is a reputable and growing company in Williams Lake. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable General Labourer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in performing a variety of physical tasks, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
· Support skilled workers with their day-to-day tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
· Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
· Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
· Operate machinery and equipment following proper safety guidelines and procedures.
· Adhere to all company policies and regulations to maintain a productive and respectful work atmosphere.
· Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
· Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge for continuous personal and professional development.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a general labourer or similar role is an asset but not mandatory; we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn.
· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
· Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are essential for this position.
· Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
· Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them at all times.
· High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
