Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Store Administrator & Customer Support Associate to support our day-to-day operations. This role combines administrative responsibilities, customer service, order fulfillment, and basic sales support. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining efficient store operations while ensuring a positive experience for both retail and online customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage daily store operations as a key holder
- Process, pack, and ship customer orders through our e-commerce platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-store inquiries
- Provide updates on orders and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized records and prepare daily operational and sales reports
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and aligned with company standards
- Support sales efforts by assisting customers with product information and recommendations
- Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction, sales performance, and store efficiency
- Receive and organize incoming inventory shipments
- Safely handle merchandise and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs when required
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in administration, customer service, retail operations, or order fulfillment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
- Ability to work full-time and start immediately
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
