Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apple iPhone Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in iPhone repair, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide professional and efficient repair services.Must be able to independently diagnose and repair iPhone issues with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair Apple iPhones, iPads, and related devices
* Perform repairs including:
* Screen replacement
* Battery replacement
* Charging port repair
* Camera, speaker, microphone repair
* Back glass replacement
* Face ID / component troubleshooting
* Water damage diagnostics
* Logic board / motherboard troubleshooting
* Conduct device testing and quality checks after repairs
* Maintain repair records and inventory of repair parts* Ensure high-quality repair standards and customer satis
faction
* Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications
* Minimum 3+ years of Apple iPhone repair experience
* Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills
* Familiar with Apple device hardware and repair process
* Experience with microsoldering / motherboard repair is a plus
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and responsibility
* Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in high-volume repair shops
* Experience buying/testing/refurbishing used iPhones is a plus
* Familiar with diagnostic tools and repair software
