Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hard-working General Labourer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily operations, handling materials and product assembly, quality inspections, and machine operations to keep our production lines moving efficiently. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we provide comprehensive, hands-on training.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately assemble components onto larger units using basic hand and power tools while following detailed job instructions.
- Inspect parts to guarantee they meet quality standards, identifying and reporting defects immediately to leadership.
- Perform routine machine checks and maintain a safe environment by strictly adhering to PPE requirements and safety protocols.
- Keep the work area clean, orderly, and compliant with 5S standards.
- Comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
