Description:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Director of Sales, Sales Administrator Supervisor, and Sales Team with general sales operations activities and administrative functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the Canada Sales Support (CSS) team with presales activities on behalf of Account Managers including, but not limited to, quotation support, inbound client requests, and local/regional/national functions of the department

Support the Bid Desk with obtaining vendor pricing and preparing quotations on a wide variety of projects and proposals

Provide administrative support of Sales in coordination with Operations, Service, Procurement, and Finance departments

Assist with special projects and assignments

Assist sales leadership with strategic initiatives

Answer/route incoming phone calls
-
Assist Account Managers with sales paperwork including proposals and bids

Register new vendors, set up opportunities and submissions
-
Research and contact vendors for part numbers, pricing and compatibility

Provide various administrative support
-
Other duties assigned as needed
Skills and Abilities/Education:

Fluency in French and English
-
Minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2-4 years of experience with office administrative functions preferred

Intermediate proficiency with demonstrated experience utilizing office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities

Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines

Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion

Excellent attention to detail

Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
