We have an opportunity for a strategic, goal oriented individual to join the Dynamic sales team! The successful Outside Compressor Sales Representative candidate will develop and foster customer-focused strategies for reaching monthly and annual sales targets, build long-lasting relationships with our top customers, and be the primary contact for their customers and develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Build and foster relationships with your assigned customer list while prioritizing Dynamic's top customers
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual sales targets and track results on a monthly basis.
- Be the primary point of contact for your customers, acting as a liaison between the customer and the internal DMC team throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Support the quoting process by obtaining essential customer information and develop strategies based on customer priorities that will help drive quote wins.
- Demonstrate consultative selling skills to assess customer needs and strategize with internal subject matter experts to provide advice on best option(s).
- Find new sales opportunities within your current customer list as well as new business development from new accounts.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Dynamics comprehensive technical capabilities, products, and services.
- Monitor the status of work-in-progress quotes and jobs and provide status updates to the customer.
- Logging of customer interactions in internal CRM as defined expectations of sales activity.
- Other duties as required by organizational demands.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment equipment.
- Sales experience and contacts within the hydraulics/compressors and machining industry.
- Knowledge and experience in a hydraulic/compressor manufacturing environment, ideally precision machining is an asset.
- Experience selling into all levels of customer accounts.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of closing new business opportunities.
- Comfortable with cold-calling and can work towards targets
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and address customer needs in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of Hydraulics, Industrial and Machining would be considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Written and oral
- Valid driver's license in good standing.

- Computer literate (Full suite of Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
