We're looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our BDC team. You'll fill a very important position in a highly competitive work environment, in a large group setting with a very lucrative pay plan with benefits upon hiring.
Your role will involve the following tasks
- Respond to inbound emails, telephone calls and internet inquiries
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
- Generate appointments on outstanding campaigns and lost customers
- Timely response to customer requests
- Friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential client/customer.
- Update records and enter customer information into CRM system
- Create and filter customer retention list and generate leads to determine if customer vehicle needs have changed
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers
- Able to present products, pricing and payment plans to customers that is simple and easy to understand
- Strong ability addressing and overcoming customer objections
- Commit to ongoing professional development and training
- Assist with other duties, as assigned by the direct manager

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
