Job Description: We are looking for a Working Site Super to join our team. Working Site Supervisor will responsible for coordination of trades on sites, answer any questions trades may have, performing labour work on site when needed.
Working Site Supervisor will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Senior Site Supervisor to prepare comprehensive action plans, including coordinating work on site. Working Site Super will perform various tasks, including but not limited to maintaining project documentation, project tracking, helping out trades when questions arise, performing labour work when needed (floor protection, site cleaning, light framing, light drywall/taping, tile installation etc), managing smaller jobs on their own.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal team to deliver timely project results
- Filling out daily logs and checklists
- Perform labor tasks on construction sites as needed, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained (i.e . cleaning site, light framing, light drywall/taping, tile installation etc)
- Assist in trade coordination and support trade on site.
- Attend to every inspection on sites
- Visit job sites daily
- Participate in company's training.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Senior Project Manager regarding job performance through online platform
- Resolve complains assist with discipline when necessary
- Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in a relevant field of study (e.g. Construction)
- Minimum of 10-15 years of construction labour experience.
- Practical project management and project administration knowledge
- Experience working as a site supervisor
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Builder Trend/ or willing to learn the software
- Critical thinking, independent problem solving
- Think outside the box
- High work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail with respect to note-taking, and data monitoring and recording, with a limited margin of error.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, organization, planning and multi-tasking skills.
- An excellent team player committed to contributing to a positive working environment.
- Ability to work within a team independently and collaboratively, as required, and with limited supervision.
- Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience, in construction projects
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Understands technical language in engineering construction projects. Knowledge on how to read drawings
· Hands-on construction experience is a must
Compensation: Based on experience

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
