About the Role
UberEats is revolutionizing how Canadians can get anything and earn their way. Building an inspiring and efficient consumer funnel from first-awareness to trial to multi-trip loyal Eater is a critical component for building a large and engaged active eater base for UberEats.
As the Operations Manager for Eater Acquisition & Activation, you'll have the unique opportunity to develop and scale the acquisition and activation of consumers onto the Uber Eats platform.
This role is all about developing & operating the best acquisition & activation experience for eaters. The ideal candidate will be consumer-obsessed. They will have a combination of functional expertise in consumer acquisition and activation, operational prowess to execute with excellence, and creative problem-solving to continuously improve performance. This role combines launching new product-led features into the market, and developing operations-led features.
As a core member of the Eater Operations team, the broader Operations team, and the entire UberEats Canada team, you will have the opportunity to partner across many teams to develop and scale our delivery platform across Canada, and fundamentally change how Canadians eat and shop.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consumer-tech, consumer-facing industries, or consulting for such industries.
- Experience should be in the function of product marketing, performance marketing, strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or related domains
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications-
LTV & CRM Strategy: Experience with lifecycle marketing tools or CRM strategies (e.g., Braze, Salesforce) and a deep understanding of Retention/LTV as a core business driver.
- Marketplace Economics: Proficiency in managing complex budgets and an understanding of how consumer behavior impacts three-sided marketplace dynamics.
- Analytical Independence: Advanced proficiency in SQL and data storytelling, with the ability to build your own models to forecast the impact of lifecycle initiatives.

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$95,500 per year - CAD$106,250 per year.
