Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind designing custom cabinetry solutions that elevate our clients’ spaces. As a Cabinet Designer, you will collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, and manufacturing partners to bring innovative ideas to life, transforming concepts into stunning, practical cabinetry that exceeds expectations.
Duties
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project scope for custom cabinet designs
- Create detailed design plans using Mozaik software, ensuring accuracy and aesthetic appeal
- Present product demos and design proposals to clients, highlighting features and benefits
- Conduct product demonstrations and upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and sales volume
- Collaborate with sales teams on inside and outside sales strategies, including high-end sales and negotiation techniques
- Assist in renovation projects by providing expert advice on cabinetry options, materials, and construction processes
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with project timelines
- Maintain organizational skills to track project progress, client communications, and merchandising displays
- Support marketing efforts by showcasing new designs, participating in product demos, and promoting cabinetry solutions across channels
Experience
- Proven experience in cabinetry design or related fields such as renovation or construction is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Mozaik and other design software tools
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and cost estimations necessary for accurate design work
- Knowledge of construction processes and renovation practices ensures realistic design implementation
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
