Novus Glass Surrey is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.
This position is a full-time, in-person role where the primary objective is to provide outstanding professional customer service at our South Surrey & Langley location.

The CSR is a vital member of the Novus Glass team. They are accountable for delivering excellent customer service while adhering to the values of our brand. Working with the Store Manager, the CSR is expected to meet or exceed store sales budgets by providing 5-Star customer service and consistently up-selling customers on value-added products.
A day in the life of a CSR at Novus Glass :
- Assist customers from inquiry to completion, ensuring 5-Star service
- Effectively explain the features and benefits of NOVUS glass to customers
- Complete vehicle inspections with every customer (including pictures taken of any damage)
- Accurately and consistently record customer information
- Follow up on customer visits by phone or email
- Up-sell products, wiper blades, Aquapel, headlight restoration, etc.
- Open and close the branch according to policy and procedures
- Make bank deposits
- Invoice all jobs at the end of each day
- Reconcile payments
- Order parts for jobs from suppliers
- Manage customer orders and deliveries
- Our ideal candidate:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Able to lift 20 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Second language is considered an asset (Mandarin or Hindi) but not required
- Friendly & personable demeanour
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Detail focused
- Collaborative and team-minded
- Strong affinity for process/operations
