Who We Are:
We are a results focused team primarily responsible for Credit Card product innovation and development. We review industry trends and insights and determine the implications for our credit card products while maintaining focus on our P&L and ensuring margin optimization. We look at everything we do through a customer lens guaranteeing a positive product experience, with a digital first mindset, while upholding to compliance and financial regulations. We are responsible for building strategic relationships including partnership management and contract negotiation.
Who we are looking for?
Currently pursuing a degree in Commerce/Business/Management/Economics
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
Desire to take initiative and strong willingness to learn
Ability to challenge the status quo
Ability to think out of the box and recommend solutions
The Intern, Credit Cards will be responsible for helping develop and implement innovative business solutions to address the strategic challenge and opportunities within the credit card business and in particular, the travel and lifestyle segment. They will focus on assisting product and program development from concept to execution. Major accountabilities include:
Assisting in the day-to-day program management of Travel & Lifestyle credit card segment product offerings including communications, project planning, supporting data presentations
Assisting in management of product portfolio activities including overall P&L responsibility, managing product features, and working with cross-functional teams to determine acquisition and retention offers, budgets and campaigns
Contributing to the development and execution of communication strategy
Supporting project plans for implementing initiatives
Employing financial, market, and industry analyses in drawling conclusions and developing portfolio recommendations
Contributing to post-analysis reporting and measurement of initiative results
