R&R Pools is looking for a hands-on, hardworking person to join our team for the final stretch of our busy pool season. You’ll be outside, moving, learning, solving problems and helping us get pools across HRM and Chester installed, repaired and ready for winter.
One day you could be helping close a pool, the next installing equipment, working on a liner replacement, tackling a repair or helping our construction team finish a new pool build.

Position Type
Full time- Term: September to early November
*With the option to return next Spring for a full season.
Duties
- Deliver top-notch pool services and construction with a smile!
- Work alongside other technicians on pool closings, pool builds, equipment installations, repairs and other services
- Utilize both mechanical and manual tools to get the job done right.
- Support efficient job management and crew time management.
- Maintain accurate data and communicate effectively with clients.
- Improve skills through SOPs.
- Recognize and address equipment issues promptly, understanding the value of functional, efficient tools.
- Provide clients and the office with complete equipment inspection reports and detailed, accurate notes.
- Foster a safe, organized, professional job site and report any safety issues.
- Promote a positive work environment and corporate culture.
Skills
- 1 Year Pool Industry Experience or Construction Equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation with clean valid Driver’s License
- Lift, move and otherwise maneuver physical objects weighing up to 50lbs
- Effective communication and computer skills
- Attention to detail, time management and organization skills
- Experience working with power tools is an asset
