Submission Requirements

- Shortlisted candidates will be required to present their portfolio during the interview in 10-minutes.
Must Have:
- Experience in leading the design of complex digital services from concept to production
- Expert knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design processes, user experience principles
- Experience in Figma and Axure
- Demonstrated experience developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations and reports
- Experience in conducting research, user research, usability testing.
- Experience in designing online services to be accessible by default Proficient with design and prototyping software, digital collaboration and web conferencing tools. Demonstrates effective use of AI tools to support UI/UX design activities, including generating wireframes, and analyzing user behavior.
