Job Type: Part-time, Flexible Hours
Pay: $20/hour + performance-based bonuses ($10 per booked lead)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods around Nanaimo
- Engage homeowners and offer a free painting estimate
- If interested, collect basic information: name, phone number, and address
- Leave door hangers at homes if nobody answers
- Represent Pride Painting with professionalism and energy
Compensation:
- $20/hour base pay
- + $10 bonus for every booked estimate
Example:
1 hour worked = $20
2 booked estimates = $20
Total earnings = $40/hourWhat You’ll Need:
- Notepad and pen for collecting lead info
- Small bag, painter’s pouch, or belt hook for carrying door hangers
- Optional: Pride Painting hat or logo gear to help homeowners quickly identify you
- Friendly attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection with confidence
