The Office Administrator Position

The Office Administrator is an important part of Blair's customer service team. The Office Administrator is required to pleasantly greet and engage customers on the phone and in person, assist with the administration of customer accounts including invoicing, load outs, statements, posting payments, etc. This position requires the ability to work effectively on projects and provide administration support to Blair’s senior management team. In addition, the Office Administrator will support the operations of the location sales and operations teams by assisting with scheduling, managing office supplies, organizing customer events as required, managing timesheets, filing, managing bank deposits, assisting with credit applications, assisting with product inventory management, as just some of the key elements of the position.

Skills Required

Time management, including reliability to show up at work on time and on a regular basis, the ability to be highly organized and scheduled, excellent oral and written communication skills, good computer skills, the ability to take direction and most importantly the ability to identify problems and challenges and work with the Blair’s team to develop effective customer solutions.

Position Requirements

The Office Administrator will be based out of the Blair’s Lanigan retail location and will work with the location staff. If you have administration experience and/or a background in the agricultural industry, we would be interested in hearing from you.
