We are currently looking for a Service Manager whereby the total salary with tips works out to approximately 80K annually.
Job Description:
- Oversee weekly schedules
- Oversee service and be a supporter for the staff
- Execute certain operational duties
- Ordering service and bar essentials
- Encourage sales and a positive environment
- Develop relationships with guests to build a loyal customer base
- Help to organize and execute events and/or large parties
- People management / inventory / ordering
- Ensure Food Safety and overall procedures are being followed
- Manage duties and tasks to ensure a clean and organized workplace
- Closing manager on certain nights on a weekly basis
