Overview
We are seeking experienced and dependable Class 1 & 3 Drivers to join our team as Tow Operators. This role involves operating commercial tow trucks to assist with vehicle recoveries, roadside assistance, and transportation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of safety protocols. Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 1 & 3 tow trucks to recover, transport, and assist vehicles in various situations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their needs are met professionally.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and related equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with vehicles or equipment during operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all services performed, including time logs and incident reports.
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws to ensure safe operations at all times.
Experience
- Valid Class 1 & 3 commercial driver’s licenses with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in towing, roadside assistance, or vehicle recovery is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repair is advantageous.
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic automotive troubleshooting is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
