Overview
We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team. The Renovator will be responsible for various renovation tasks to enhance and improve properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques and the ability to work with various tools and materials.
Responsibilities
- Perform renovations on residential and commercial properties
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed
- Conduct construction estimating for renovation projects
- Work on tasks including drywall installation, Taping ,painting, caulking.
- Should have DL and full time availability
- Operate heavy equipment when necessary
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience with construction estimating
- Knowledge of various renovation tasks such as drywall installation, concrete forming, masonry work, painting, and caulking
- Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
