We are currently hiring a Sales Representative for Japanese food and daily necessities. The role involves customer order processing, product introduction, restocking recommendations, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily orders from B2B clients such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and wholesalers
- Introduce Japanese food, daily necessities, and related product features; provide professional sales recommendations
- Follow up on clients’ restocking needs and maintain stable business relationships
- Assist in preparing quotations, product catalogs, and promotional materials
- Communicate with the warehouse regarding shipments, restocking, and inventory status
- Support new client development and expand sales channels
Requirements
- Familiarity with Japanese food, daily necessities, cosmetics, or related brands preferred; interest in Japanese products is a plus
- Experience in sales, wholesale, distribution, or store supply preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with supermarkets, convenience stores, and beauty retailers
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling orders, inventory, quotations, and basic administrative tasks
- Able to conduct client visits as required
- Basic data organization skills to assist with updating product catalogs, promotions, and inventory information
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills
- Must hold a valid work permit
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
Pay: $34,400.00-$129,357.28 per year
