Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable software solutions to support next-gen advertisement products.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive engineering initiatives.
- Enhance user experience through innovative ad technologies for our global user base.
- Maintain system performance and scalability for billions of ad requests daily.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical fields (by 2025).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with both local and international teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in ad tech, recommendation systems, or large-scale backend systems.
- Ability to design and implement product features with a focus on scalability.
