As a manager, you would be a leader within our team, helping with behind the scenes aspects of running the pub, along with floor and staff management. Experience with computers and Point of Sale systems is an asset.

Position Responsibilities:
· Opening and closing the pub, ensuring everything is set for the day or shut down for the evening
· Working in a high paced, high volume food and beverage environment, ensuring guests are receiving quality products and service
· Managing the floor during shift, such as ensuring proper service, expoing food, making drinks, seating and engaging with guests, hitting labor goals, problem solving, etc.
· Communicate effectively to guests and staff when necessary
· Inventory control, helping place product orders, putting orders away
· Filling in where needed, whether that's running expo, bartending, serving, hosting, etc.
