Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience upon arrival at the dealership.
Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences to understand their requirements for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
Showcase vehicles and demonstrate their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Conduct test drives and accompany customers on a journey to discover the perfect vehicle for them.
Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and additional services available to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet dealership objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Stay up-to-date on Volkswagen products, technologies, and industry trends to effectively advise customers and address inquiries.
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales is required
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Someone with high energy, confidence, and a passion for customer service
Organized and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Social media knowledge is an asset
A valid OMVIC certification is required
A valid G-class driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
