We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator or ECE/IT to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that support early childhood development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence
- Support children’s social-emotional growth through guidance, caregiving, and conflict resolution
- Observe and document children’s progress to tailor activities and communicate with families effectively
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans that meet developmental standards
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and maintain a clean, organized classroom environment
Requirements
- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Valid BC ECE or ITE certification
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to provide compassionate caregiving tailored to individual needs
- Classroom experience demonstrating effective behavior management techniques
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage young learners actively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, colleagues, and children effectively

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
